After 4 years that the EPIRB has been put into service, Italian regulations provide for the replacement of the EPIRB or the battery, even if the battery printed on the device expires later.

This is the eighth consecutive year that the Buy Back GME Campaign has been re-evaluated, which testifies to the success of this operation and the strong appreciation of users for this initiative.
The GME campaign is valid for any brand or model of EPIRB for scrapping. The value of used equipment is evaluated independently of the brand or type of used equipment returned and is only dependent on the GME model purchased.
