Boss has always paid attention to the market of portable Bluetooth speakers, where small models are required, but at the same time must be able to release excellent sound quality and possibly support a long range.
"Boss Marine" PEAK has been carefully designed to meet this type of demand. The PEAK is in fact contained in the dimensions (180 x 70 mm), emits an audio of unsuspected quality and allows over 10 hours of listening before putting it back in charge.
As with all "Boss Marine" products, the design is well cared for, youthful, but at the same time elegant. It's all wrapped in a pleasant rubber coating that facilitates the handle and at the same time keeps it better protected from shocks. In addition, a hook with carabiner supplied helps to position the PEAK in the best listening position.
Connecting the PEAK to our smartphone via Bluetooth is really a simple and immediate procedure. If instead we wanted to connect it to an old device, we can use the AUX input and if instead we were used to keep our songs on an SD card, the PEAK is equipped with its slot.
The lithium battery can be charged quickly and easily from a micro USB connector (not suitable as a multimedia input). The PEAK is water resistant (IPx4 not submersible!) and we will therefore have no problem taking it with us by boat, on the beach or in the countryside on a rainy day. It is also impact resistant, thanks also to a generous layer of rubber that covers the frame.
