The support is assembled in a few seconds and the pin allows the unit to rotate freely even in light breezes. The built-in spirit level ensures that the stand is installed correctly so that the readings are accurate and precise.

Together, the Kestrel 4500 and stand weigh less than 227 grams and fit into a small case.

The stand must be placed on any Kestrel series tripod to further enhance the functionality of this weather station.
