We are synchronizing online retailers with our data, so every new product we present is automatically on the retailer's website along with a lot of other information. Additional information: MPS-Sync.
Marketing Area
This is the area reserved for our retailers, totally oriented to marketing purposes, so not only used to pass orders. It is a structured system to become more familiar with our products, with the aim of motivating purchases. More information: Marketing Area

Staff trained for the best customer service
Our staff is fully trained on how to manage communication with customers, whether by phone or email. Each e-mail receives a response in 120 minutes for 90% of cases and in 24 hours for 100%.

Our Glossary is one of the keys to the success of our website, each technology is explained in words and we try to clarify any legislation required for the specific technology.
MPS News
MPS News is our format for the dissemination of news for marketing and service purposes. Each new product is launched from this platform, which consists of a newsletter to about 5000 recipients and a place in MPS News (a section of our site very well indexed and known).
Photographic laboratory
We have our own photographic laboratory, driven by our MPS Hand Painting technology which is a process based on shooting methods, followed by some retouches elaborated by our software. The result is an image with the optimized 3D profile that gives a better aesthetic sense on the web page.
MPS Roadmap
It consists of a seminar with stops in 7 different cities where we present the products to our dealers. This event is not based on an annual basis and was done in 2005, 2007 and 2011.
