The Mako series of Bluefin LEDs has had a particular success, thanks to its small size that are unique for an underwater spotlight with the prerogative of being able to replace the cartridge of the LEDs with boat in the water.

The M24 is the latest addition to the Mako series and is an RGBW color-changing model. Color variation can be adjusted by the optional wireless DMX controller, which allows you to select color and adjust light intensity independently between the boat's headlights. With the DMX controller we can then select the color and intensity that best suits the atmosphere we want to create.

Blue Sapphire the new trendy

Blue and white are the most preferred colours of light for underwater lights, but on smaller boats blue also has a slightly greater preference.

So Bluefin LED has decided to widen the choice of colors on the Piranha and Barracuda series, offering a new shade, sapphire blue (RGB: 20,49,84) that joins the more classic cobalt blue (RGB: 29,48,83). Although the colors look very similar (see images on the side), when the headlights are in the water the difference between the two colors becomes more tangible.

Sapphire is a more saturated blue that tends to reproduce the color of the gemstone, therefore suitable for those who want a denser effect. It is possible to assume that a lot of demand will shift to the sapphire blue and perhaps will be the creator of a new fashion.

Every year Bluefin LED processes all its production in a revisiting routine where all the models are updated to the state of the art technology and new small devices tested during the year are introduced.

So also this year the whole range of Bluefin LEDs has been updated, a noticeable example is the brightness that has been increased by a percentage varying from 5% to 20% depending on the series.

Bluefin LED's aim is to offer the market products that are always "fresh" and always up to date with all the measures aimed at increasing the scenic impact and reliability of the lighthouse.
