Autonautic CHE, 140 mm compasses for large boats

Description

Compass designed for boats with a length of more than 20 meters to Motor or Sail. The diameter of the rose, 140 mm, makes reading data easy and safe. In addition, to make the reading of the data even more accurate, the degrees are shown on the Rose with an intermediate graduation of 2.5 °.
The compass is prepared for installation in Chiesuola and is complete with a protective cover with a porthole that allows the reading of the compass even after covering it. The compass is available in a black or white case.

INTEGRATED COMPENSATING MAGNETS

Each compass of the CHE series has compensating magnets inside. These magnets allow the compass to be calibrated as it may be subject to magnetic deviations due to the presence on board the boat of masses of steel and ferromagnetic material. In any case, it is advisable to install the compass away from metal parts, ferromagnetic material and especially away from electronic instruments such as the VHF. This is because such instruments produce electromagnetic fields and may cause compass deviations.

All models are equipped with backlighting that can be supplied with a voltage of 12-24 Vdc.
